Please accept my written notice of cancellation from my membership at VERDURE. I understand and agree, per the terms of my original membership agreement, that my notice must be submitted to VERDURE at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle before my cancellation is effective and that I may continue to use the facilities and services until the end of said period. I understand that I am responsible for any outstanding balance on my account and that cancellation does not eliminate balance owed. If member is on a term membership, cancelation will not be accepted until the term is complete and all financial obligations are satisfied. If member wants to cancel while on a leave of absence, member must be on a leave of absence a minimum of 6 months before that said members’ cancellation will take place. Once a full 6 month freeze has been processed, the account must be active 6 months following the final leave of absence month to be allowed back on a leave of absence. Access to club’s facilities and amenities are denied during the leave of absence period. Other than military deployment, member understands and agrees that the annual club enhancement fee, if any, will be charged even if it comes due during the leave of absence.
