Starting in January, and each month following, we will be releasing a themed meal plan that is catered to a certain health topic. Each month’s plan will consist of two 1-week long meal plans for you to follow, educational background information on the plan, foods to focus on & avoid, grocery list, and recipes for all the meals. Make it your new year’s resolution to follow each month’s themed meal plan to reach all-around health by the end of 2022!
